We finally finished building the coop. There are some minor finishing touches to do that are mostly decorative but Mrs Featherbottom is moved in and happy. We set up a game camera to keep an eye on things and we noticed that we have some friends visiting:

These raccoons could be dangerous for the chicken but my husband Chris built a good coop and we don’t think we should have any problems. I’ll post pictures of the finished coop once we clean up our mess around it. I think I want to paint it white and the roof we may paint a different color. We also have some Confederate Jasmine we’d like to plant on the sides so that it can climb up the walls and smell pretty in the spring. Lots of ideas!
